This gym is the real saying more then just a gym Stacy and her team will absolutely give use the hardest session day in day out especially the trainers Samantha and Mitch who are top notch every single one of them will push you the limits and give you any time of day for a talk they will all go out of the way to help you in any way give you the confidence youl never thought you had and especially build your fitness the people there are second to none what Stacy and Samantha built is beyond a gym it’s a community.
Stacey and the team have such an inspiring vibe. Love training here and love the choice of workout (RIG all the way!!!). Beautiful and uplifting community.

The Yard Gym Padstow is the only gym I have been to where I feel they understand me, my goals and my limits. I’m pushed, but with encouragement. I’m nurtured, and appreciated. I’m respected, and motivated. I’m comfortable, and welcomed. I walk away from every session feeling like I have achieved something even in the days where I may be struggling physically or emotionally. Most importantly without the intimidation or expectation that often comes with a gym environment.
I LOVE THIS GYM! After 9-months of training here I’m strongest I've ever been. Thanks Stacy, Sammy, Mia, Bec & Mitch for correcting my technique, and for always challenging me to push harder and lift heavier. You guys are the best!
Stacey and her team have been amazing, friendly, motivating and inclusive. I appreciate their patience while I learn how to perform the exercises and improve on technique and they understand that I’m a beginner and allow for my current level of fitness - whilst still pushing me to do more and achieve great results - I feel super comfortable training at The Yard Padstow!
The yard is the best gym I have been to. I absolutely love the team, and they actually make me want to train. They genuinely care about your form and help you to achieve your goals. I don't think I've ever sweat so much in my life as I have at The Yard Padstow. Be prepared to go through at least 3 towels as the trainers coach you through some really very tough (but fun!) workouts. You won't be disappointed! Stay hydrated!
